This Privacy Policy describes what personal data we process in connection with the provision and operation of our Third-Party apps and how we handle it. By using our app, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app and do not provide us with any personal data.

• Name, email, shipping and billing address, payment information;
• Order numbers, shipping details, tracking number(s), return data (items, quantity, reason for return);

• Support communication (emails, chat transcripts).

This information is collected when:

• Users interact with our portal.
• We access certain data (orders, products, customers, fulfillment) via the API and webhooks to technically enable return processes. These data are processed solely for this purpose and not used otherwise.
• Users contact our customer support service.

Note: The merchant generally remains the data controller; we process client/customer data primarily as a data processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR and act only on the documented instructions of the merchant.
